The 5th Annual Seattle CHOCOLATE SALON, the premier artisan and premium chocolate event in the Northwest, returns this year on May 6th.
Organized by TasteTV, the full-day Chocolate Salon presents new flavors, textures, combinations, and imagination to tantalize attendee tastebuds. The Salon takes place at Seattle’s beautifully located Bell Harbor Conference Center.

San Francisco International CHOCOLATE AWARDS Announced
The Tasting Panel Awards for the 6th Annual San Francisco International CHOCOLATE SALON, the grande dame of all North American Chocolate Salons and the premier chocolate event on the West Coast, have been announced and are now available. They can be seen on the site:
These Tasting Panel Awards include Best Dark Chocolate, Best Truffle, Best Artisan, Best New Product, and more, including three new categories for Best White Chocolate and Attendees Choice Awards.

Nominees Announced for 2nd Annual TASTY Awards for best food, fashion, and home lifestyle programs on TV, in Film, and Online
Jamie Oliver, Tyler Florence, Average Betty, Anthony Bourdain, Top Chef, Project Runway, Style.com and Guy Fieri lead the awards finalists with several nominations each. Hosted by food and travel television star Zane Lamprey of Travel Channel and HD Net fame, the two-hour red carpet event takes place at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood on January 13th, as well as filmed for later broadcast.
The show features a star-studded lineup of food and fashion TV celebrities, including Tanya Holland (Cooking Channel, Food Nework), Leslie Sbrocco (PBS), Nathan Lyon (Fit TV, Discovery Health, PBS, Food Network), and Bobby Bognar (History Channel), along with newcomers such as Candice Kumai (Lifetime, Bravo’s Top Chef), Brian Boitano (Food Network), Daniel Green (ShopNBC), Luciene Salomone (WE tv), Amy Paffrath (E! Entertainment Television), Jeannie Mai (Style Network), Kevin Roberts (TLC), Peter Ishkhans (Style Network), Aida Mollenkamp (Food Nework, Cooking Channel), and more.
