Cadbury is using social media to figure out the best flavored chocolate bar for each person. In this case it analyzes your Facebook profile to match the offerings exactly to your tastes.

Says Cadbury, “Cadbury has created the world’s first flavour-matching social vending machine – introducing the ‘Joy Generator’! Watch chocolate lovers discover their true Cadbury Dairy Milk flavour personality match based on their Facebook likes and interests. Their personalised flavour match block is then automatically dispensed for free!”

J&D’s Foods of Seattle has three lines of pre-popped popcorn which have us quite intrigued. They are the SRIRACHA POPCORN, the BACON POPCORN, and the GHOST PEPPER NACHO POPCORN. Apparently you have to like heat or meat to get into these offerings, but if you do then you are in luck.

Japanese design and consulting firm Nendo, creator of a very long list of cool design objects and products such as the chocolate paintset palette, have come up with a set of glassware for Walt Disney in Japan.

The glassware uses scenes and characters from everyone’s perennially favorite bear, Winnie the Pooh. The 3D Pooh elements are made in yellow silicon, and range from bottle stoppers and lids to coasters

Hotel Byblos in Saint Tropez announces Nile Rodgers & Chic as the headline performer for its upcoming annual summer concert series. Known for their international smash disco hits, such as “Le Freak”, “Dance Dance Dance” and “Good Times,” as well as their recent performance with Daft Punk, Pharell Williams and Stevie Wonder at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards, Nile Rodgers & Chic will perform on July 17, 2014 at Byblos. The concert starts at 9 PM and will be followed by a closing ceremony orchestrated by Jack-E, resident DJ of the famed Les Caves du Roy nightclub at Byblos.

Every July, Byblos hosts its annual summer concert. Previous headline performers have included the likes of MIKA, Supertramp, Black Eyed Peas, David Guetta and Martin Solveig.

Naja Lingerie rolling on after $50K raised on Kickstarter

Colombian born entrepreneur Catalina Girald has continued the rollout of her Naja online lingerie product line, after a successful fundraising round of over $50,000 on Kickstarter.

Naja-catalina-long_grandeThe Standford educated entrepreneur was an original founder of one of the first venture-funded fashion sites, (MOXSIE) for independent designers, which was later sold to Fab.com.

When asked about her new venture, Catalina Girald answered, “We celebrate strong women. We’ve done away with fans blowing fake wind into our models’ hair, and old, dated lingerie designs. Our fresh designs, pricing and mission to empower women are challenging the industry, and we’re building the first billion-dollar online lingerie brand for the next generation woman.”

The capsule collection, inspired by Tattoos and Japanese Shunga, consists of a basic line and three groups including “The Secret Lives of Sparrows”, “One Night in Cashmere”, and “Miyoko Loves a Dragon”.

The collection is characterized by innovative and surprising prints on the interior of all the bra cups, so that every woman can carry her own little secret. All of the fabrics are exclusively designed for Naja by a local San Francisco Tattoo artist and are individually hand printed making each piece slightly unique.

In keeping with Catalina’s vision of making great design accessible, the collection is fairly priced with bras ranging from $45 to $70 and panties ranging from $12 to $22. All Naja purchases directly contribute to the employment of under-privileged women in the poorest areas of the world.
