THE 6TH ANNUAL TASTE AWARDS

The 6th Annual TASTE AWARD winners of selected categories are announced on December 4th, 2014 at a private reception in San Francisco, and along with the remaining award winners receive their honors on January 15th, 2015 at a Red Carpet Hollywood Awards celebration in Hollywood at The Egyptian Theatre.

The January 15th Red Carpet awards event features a star-studded lineup of food and fashion TV celebrities, including winners, nominees and presenters.

The awards are followed by an after-reception for networking, photography, mingling, interviews and socializing over wine and cocktails.

Portions of the program are filmed for broadcast on local television stations nationally, reaching millions of households.

Lifetime Achievement Awards
and other Special Awards are also presented to valuable contributors to the industry.

ABOUT THE 5TH ANNUAL TASTE AWARDS

The 5th Annual TASTE AWARD winners of selected categories were announced on December 3rd, 2013 at a private reception in San Francisco, and along with the remaining award winners received their honors on January 16th, 2014 at a Red Carpet Hollywood Awards celebration in Hollywood at The Egyptian Theatre.

The 2014 Red Carpet awards event featured a star-studded lineup of food and fashion TV celebrities, including winners, nominees and presenters.

Winners traveled from across the United States and the Globe to attend the awards on a warm January day in Los Angeles, including from England, Italy, and Israel. See all of the winners, honorees, and nominees below.

Celebrity presented included Alie and Georgia (Cooking Channel, Food Network), Nadia G. (Cooking Channel, Food Network), Bobby Bognar (History Channel, Bio Channel), Susan Irby (ABC Radio), Michelle Harris (ION Life Network), Chef Ashley James (Public Television, Four Seasons), Devin Alexander (Public Television), and Jolene Sugarbaker (YouTube).

ABOUT THE 3RD ANNUAL TASTE AWARDS

The 3rd Annual TASTE AWARD winners were announced and received their honors on January 12th, 2012 at a Red Carpet Awards celebration in Hollywood at the Egyptian Theatre.

The Show featured a star-studded lineup of food and fashion TV celebrities, including presenters such as Food Network's Carrie McCully, Tanya Holland, Manouschka Guerrier, and Candice Kumai, Bravo TV's Fabio Viviani, Nyesha Arrington, and Danielle Keene, Public Television's Joanne Weir and Nathan Lyon, ION TV's Michelle Harris, food broadcast gurus Bobby Bognar, Zuzy Martin Lynch, and Susan Irby, plus food and drink humorists Zane Lamprey and Jolene Sugarbaker.

Special Achievement Honoree Awards presented during the evening went to Kung Fu Panda 2 (The Seiji Horibuchi Award for Outstanding Animation) and Debi Mazar (Outstanding Passion). Mad Fashion (Bravo), Kaitlyn's Beauty Journal (KTSF), and Nail Files (TV Guide) were given the Breakout Fashionistas of the Year Award, and Cuisine Culture (Public Television), Ludo Bites America (Sundance Channel), and Restaurant Impossible (Food Network) were given the Kikkoman Award for Breakout Foodies of the Year.

The venue was the historic Egyptian Theatre, the first major deluxe movie palace in Hollywood (built in 1922, by Sid Grauman, also of Grauman's Chinese Theatre). The theatre is home to the critically acclaimed American Cinematheque, which completed a major renovation of the property in 1998. The Egyptian Theatre is a state-of-the-art theatre within a historic shell, and features its original, ornate sunburst ceiling and other artwork; the Steven Spielberg theatre; and a stylish open-air, palm tree lined courtyard. Well-known to Red Carpet aficionados, it regularly hosts special events, screenings, Hollywood premieres, and annual film festivals. Located at 6712 Hollywood Boulevard, the Egyptian Theatre is near the Hollywood Roosevelt hotel and other historic theaters on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Hosted by food and travel television star Zane Lamprey of “Three Sheets” fame (Travel Channel), the show featured a star-studded lineup of food and fashion TV celebrities, including Tanya Holland (Cooking Channel, Food Nework), Leslie Sbrocco (PBS), Nathan Lyon (Fit TV, Discovery Health, PBS, Food Network), and Bobby Bognar (History Channel), along with newcomers such as Candice Kumai (TLC, Lifetime, Bravo), Brian Boitano (Food Network), Luciene Salomone (WE tv), Amy Paffrath (E! Entertainment Television), Kevin Roberts (TLC), Jeannie Mai (Style Network), Daniel Green (ShopNBC), Peter Ishkhans (Style Network), Darryl Robinson (The Cooking Channel), Aida Mollenkamp (Food Nework, Cooking Channel), Fabio Viviani (Bravo's Top Chef), and Manouschka Guerrier (Food Network).

ABOUT THE FIRST ANNUAL TASTY AWARDS


1st Annual Tasty Awards winners were announced and received their honors on January 14th, 2010
at a Red Carpet Awards Show celebration. The Show is followed by a gourmet wine, food and chocolate AfterParty.

Hosted by food and travel television star Zane Lamprey of “Three Sheets” fame (FLN), the show featured a star-studded lineup of food and fashion TV celebrities, including Tyler Florence (Food Network), Joanne Weir (PBS), G. Garvin (TV One), Tanya Holland (Food Network), Leslie Sbrocco (PBS), Gary Vaynerchuk (Wine Library TV), Marcy Smothers (Radio), Novella Carpenter (Author), Anita Chu (Author), Dominique Crenn (Food Network - Next Iron Chef), Brian Solis (New Media Guru), Marisa Churchill (Bravo, Top Chef, Author), Andrea Immer Robinson (TV Host, Author, Wine Guru), Chef Nathan Lyon (A Lyon in the Kitchen, The Next Food Network Star), Laurine Wickett (Top Chef), Preeti Mistry (Top Chef), and more.
